In the Bluebells Room, your child will have their 3rd birthday.
Children in here can attend all year round or take advantage of being Term Time Only.
We accept all children including those who can access 15 or 30 hours of Nursery Education Funding.
The room is bright, spacious and flooded with natural light. Again this room has direct access to its own garden. Bluebells children enjoy riding around the bike track and playing in their own mud kitchen. They also have access to all the usual provision areas from painting and drawing to construction & role play in a lovely, big playroom.
The Bluebells are also known as Pre-school 1. Some of the children in this room will leave us and go to School nursery, most, stay with us progressing to the Sunflowers Room (Pre-school 2) before going straight into a school reception class.
Bluebells children enjoy a varied curriculum with dedicated staff who plan opportunities for them using a system called “In The Moment Planning”, this means staff get to know the children exceptionally well and follow their interests and explore the children’s ideas. Children make remarkable progress when they are provided with learning opportunities that ignite curiosity, especially when it’s something they are really interested in.
